Refund policy
If there are good reasons for canceling the appointment, at least 60 minutes before the appointment time at which the online consultation or physical presence at the Clinic was to be performed, the payer is entitled to cancel the appointment and request a refund of the money paid in advance.
For this purpose, the payer will send a request to the address info@harper.md, in which he will indicate the dates of the transfer/scheduling, he will attach the copy of the identity card (ID Card) and the bank details to which the money is to be returned. The funds will be returned to the customer in the same way as the payment for the service was made. The request will be processed and the money will be returned in a maximum of 14 working days.
