The Limited Liability Company HARPER MEDKLINIK, IDNO 1008600047978, with headquarters in the municipality of Chisinau, 10/B Calea Ieșilor str., managed by Dumitru Saghin, is a private institution, whose basic activity consists in the provision of medical services.
HARPER MEDKLINIK offers patient-friendly medical services adapted to the modern lifestyle. Visiting our clinic is optional, as we offer consultations both in the traditional classic format, as well as online or by phone.
The person responsible for the protection of personal data
HARPER MEDKLINIK, in order to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data, as well as to carry out an independent and qualitative control of the level of compliance, when we process personal data concerning you, but also considering legal obligations provided for by national and European legislation (see art. 37 of the GDPR and 25 of Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data), we have appointed as the person responsible for the protection of personal data (data protection officer) - the company "Privacy by Default" SRL, IDNO 1019600008131, managed by Sergiu Bozianu.
In relation to our customers, employees and visitors, we have a dedicated lawyer to represent you and manage the resolution of your claims and complaints. This lawyer also represents our ability to provide independent arbitration in accordance with your rights regarding the processing of personal data. We ensure that our operations comply with the requirements of Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011 regarding the protection of personal data and the field of personal data protection in general.
