On March 5, 2024, the new Sanitary Regulation regarding the health surveillance of individuals exposed to professional risk factors HG1079/2023 (legis.md) was published in the Official Gazette. According to the new regulation, the procedure for conducting medical checks has been simplified both by reducing the number of specialists involved and by the way it is carried out.
