Patient Guide - Preparation for Medical Control
Blood collection:
- Do not eat for at least 8 hours before sampling;
- Avoid fatty foods, concentrated sweets and alcohol on the previous day;
- Postpone analyzes after paraclinical investigations and physiotherapeutic procedures.
Urine collection:
- Pick up the urine container from our Harper Medklinik clinic or pharmacy;
- Make rigorous hygiene before;
- Collect all your urine in the morning after waking up, and bring it to the clinic within 2 hours.
Urogenital material sampling:
- Do the analysis until menstruation or 1-2 days after it;
- 3 Days before you avoid sexual relations and in the morning, on the day of taking the analysis, avoid intimate hygiene.
Fecal matter:
- In the 48-72 hours before, adopt a fiber diet and avoid red meat, turnip, horseradish, fish, and green vegetables;
- Do not take laxatives, steroids or other medications mentioned;
- Use coprorecolators provided by our clinic or purchased from pharmacies.
